Surrounded by one of the world’s largest and most spectacular barrier reefs, Beqa is rich and untouched. Only six square miles, the island has no roads or towns - just a few isolated villages scattered around the perimeter where you can experience the wonderful hospitality and culture of the local Fijians.

Beqa is the ancestral home of the famous Fire Walkers. This mysterious ceremony originated in Beqa over 300 years ago and the legend continues to this day. As a guest at the resort, you will have the privilege of witnessing the sacred ceremony as Beqa’s Fijian natives walk barefoot across hot rocks.
